The property developer Equilis has reached an agreement with Grupo Avintia to carry out the construction of a new hotel in Fuenlabrada (Madrid). Grupo Avintia RE, the group’s property management platform, has purchased the building rights from Aquilis and will entrust B&B Hotels with the management of the new asset.
According to El Periódico de España, the hotel will be a three-star property and will have 132 rooms and a buildable surface area of 4,200 square metres. The inauguration of the building is scheduled for the first quarter of 2024.
