The Alicante-based company Equilibra Property Investments has been awarded an important tender for the management of a portfolio of industrial and logistics land in the Community of Valencia, worth more than 50 million euros.
It is a public tender that the public company Pimesa, owned by the Government of Spain, launched in April to request the services of real estate consultants and sales teams for the Torrellano Industrial Park in Elche.
