After a record year in terms of logistics investment, the Spanish real estate market is continuing to close major operations. Such is the case of the purchase of a logistics portfolio by EQT Exeter from Logicor.
The portfolio comprises four logistics centres together spanning around 300,000 square metres, which the Logicor Group put up for sale last September. The assets are distributed between Madrid and Guadalajara, along one of the most sought-after logistics corridors in Spain (the A2 highway).
