Zambal Buys an Office Building in Las Rozas from Naropa Capital for €36.5 Million

The Socimi plans to rent the property, which is currently being renovated, to Vector.

The Socimi Zambal, which is managed by IBA Capital, has negotiated the purchase of an office building in Las Rozas, Madrid, for 36.5 million euros. The seller is Naropa Capital, which has been advised by the consulting firm Colliers, according to sources close to the operation.

The Socimi, which has signed a pre-sale contract, will lease the property to a company specialising in automotive software, Vector Software System, according to a statement filed by the company with BME Growth. The parties have conditioned the promise of the sale and purchase contract on the granting of the sale and purchase deed before 31 July 2021.
