Yugo has made a move in Sevilla and Madrid. The global operator of student residences has acquired two new assets: one in the Sevillan neighbourhood of Bermejales, near the Reina Mercedes university campus, and the other in the vicinity of the Universidad Europea, in the Madrilenian town of Villaviciosa de Odón.
With these new openings, Yugo’s portfolio in Spain comprising 11 residences will grow to 13 in January 2023 with: six residences in Madrid, one in Alcalá de Henares, two in Barcelona and four new residences in Salamanca, Oviedo and Sevilla.
