The contract for the first stage of the development of Los Berrocales has just been awarded to FCC. The development represents one of the largest urban planning projects of our time and is located in the southeast of Madrid, on the edge of the metropolitan area.
The award of this contract represents a most important milestone for the Berrocales Compensation Board since it will result in approximately 22,000 homes going onto the market, more than 50% of which will be social housing properties, and it will involve a total investment of around 3 billion euros.
