The Spanish Socimi Whiteni has announced the sale of three buildings from its portfolio. Specifically, it has sold two office complexes located on Calle Manuel Tovar in Madrid, very close to the Ramón y Cajal hospital and the former Clesa factory, where Metrovacesa is constructing a new tertiary development.
The three office buildings, located on the Fuencarral industrial estate, span a total surface area of 14,000 m2. The Socimi has received 19.32 million euros for the properties from an American family office.
