On Monday, the Community of Madrid started the process to put out for tender the first 46 plots of the Vive Madrid Plan, which aims to build 15,000 rental homes in the region at affordable prices during this legislature.
These plots, details of which have been published in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid (BOCM), are located in 14 municipalities across the region. It is estimated that a maximum number of 6,646 homes will be built on the plots with a total investment of 700 million euros.
