Walden Group Buys Half of Campo de Tiro de La Sagra to Build Its Logistics Platform

The French pharmaceutical transport and logistics giant plans to build a 30,000 m2 platform in a deal advised by Grupo Iscar.

Walden Group and its subsidiary Movianto España have acquired 47,000 m2 of final industrial land in the Polígono Campo de Tiro in Numancia de la Sagra (Toledo). The transaction has been advised by the consulting firm Grupo Iscar.

According to sources, the operation consisted of the acquisition of three plots of land owned by Gestión de Activos Campo de Tiro, the Numancia de la Sagra Town Council and the company Pescaviar. Although the sales prices were not disclosed, the latest deals in the area were negotiated at 110 euros/m2.

With a total of 100,000 m2 of finalist land, the industrial estate is next to the AP-41 and the A-42 in the municipality of Toledo. It is located in the logistics hub where leading companies such as Amazon, Airbus, Toyota, Michelin, FM Logistic, Hexcel, Pan Milagros, Mountpark, Goodman and Gazeley operate.
