VStudent Buys a Plot of Land & an Office Building in 22@

The fund will build a hall of residence for students on the site of the assets that it has acquired under the LIV Student brand by Valeo Management.

The venture capital fund VStudent, promoted by the Valeo Groupe, Bankinter and Plenium Partners, has carried out its first operation in the Catalan capital with the acquisition of a plot of land and an office building. The deal has been structured as a sale & leaseback operation, the amount of which has not been disclosed.

Specifically, the land spans a buildable area of 15,400 square metres, whilst the adjacent office building spans an area of 2,500 square metres. Both are located in the 22 @ district, on Calle Puigcerdà.
