The Socimi Vivenio, owned by Renta Corporación and APG, has formalised the acquisition of Repsol’s residential plot in Méndez Álvaro (Madrid) for more than 50 million euros.
In this way, the Socimi has acquired a residential plot with a buildable surface area of 16,322 square metres, which it will use for the construction of between 200 and 250 rental homes.
