Repsol has chosen the buyers of the two plots of land it has up for sale. The plots are located opposite the firm’s headquarters, in the Méndez Álvaro area of Madrid. The winning bids have been those presented by Vivenio and GMP, as confirmed by sources in the sector speaking to elEconomista.
Specifically, GMP has acquired the land for tertiary use, which has a buildable area of around 18,000 square metres and which will be used for an office project.
