The Socimi Vitruvio, led by Joaquín López-Chicheri, has signed an agreement with Bankinter to refinance nine mortgage loans granted by the bank, representing a combined liability of €13.7 million, according to a statement sent to the Alternative Investment Market (MAB ).
“The company has signed with Bankinter S.A nine deeds of novation for nine mortgage loans that it had established with the aforementioned entity. Thirteen properties are associated with these mortgage loans in total, and they had a gross value of €37,313,000 as at 31 December 2019″, said the Socimi in the statement.
