The Espacio Medina company, which is owned by Inmobiliaria Espacio (70%), from the Villar Mir group, and Afinipo (30%), in turn, owned by Unicaja, has just completed the third milestone of the Martiricos Agreement, a residential and tertiary macro-project that the joint-venture is developing in the centre of Málaga.
Located in the sector called Parque Martiricos, in the heart of the Andalucían city, this project is being led by the Espacio Medina company. It includes one building for tertiary use (offices and commercial space), a block of protected homes comprising 224 units and two skyscrapers containing another 450 homes that Espacio sold to the German fund Aquila Capital in 2019.
