The property developer Vía Célere, a company controlled by several funds led by the American firm Värde, has reduced its debt by 216 million euros. That figure includes the repayment of a syndicated loan amounting to 150 million euros, as well as of corporate lines of credit from Banco Santander amounting to 50 million euros and loans and credit policies amounting to 16 million euros.
In parallel, Vía Célere has also been repaying developer loans associated with the delivery of its homes over the past year.
