Four years after their purchase, Värde and the other funds that are shareholders of Vía Célere are working to help the property developer created by Juan Antonio Gómez-Pintado grow and position itself as one of the main players in the residential segment.

In this way, the property developer has gone from delivering 300 homes in 2018 to 1,241 in 2019 and 1,933 in 2020. Its goal now is to maintain its annual delivery rate at between 1,500 and 2,000 homes and to hand them over in a systematic way, as José Ignacio Morales, CEO of Vía Célere, explained to Expansión. According to the ranking prepared by Brainsre.news, the property developer owned by Värde Partners will be the third-ranked company in terms of home deliveries in 2021, surpassed only by Neinor and Metrovacesa.
