The housing and office markets in Málaga are continuing to boom ever since they became magnets for property developers and companies wishing to settle in this municipality on the Costa del Sol.
On this occasion, the property developer Vía Célere has announced that it is going to build two new blocks, comprising 9 storeys and 10 storeys, respectively, for offices and 144 new homes. The project will be located behind Vialia, the María Zambrano train station in Málaga, on a plot of land near the train tracks. Approval from Adif has been obtained and Renfe’s Special Plan has also been modified, according to the newspaper Málaga Hoy.
