The end of the State of Emergency to curb the coronavirus pandemic seems to have released the pent-up desire to find a home. Vía Célere has reported that it has experienced growth in the signing of new contracts, -up by 36% -, in the signing of deeds, -up by 157% -, and in visits to its website.
In fact, virtual visits and the tracking of homes by potential buyers has resulted in a 189% increase in reservations made between May 15 and June 15 compared to those recorded in the previous month, according to data provided by the property developer. We should remember that the lockdown measures were first eased in May.
