The property developer Vía Célere increased its adjusted EBTIDA by 31.4% in 2022, to 112 million euros. In this way, the company maintained the financial growth trend that it has experienced in recent years. It also achieved a 10% YoY increase in its net profit, to 68 million euros, and maintained its income level, obtaining 579 million euros in 2022.
At the same time, the company continued with its policy of financial rigour and discipline, significantly reducing its debt. In fact, during 2022, the promoter managed to reduce its adjusted net debt by 41.9% to 104 million euros.
