Vía Célere is backing Los Berrocales. The promoter, which specialises in the development, investment and management of assets has acquired a new plot of land to become one of the largest landowners in the Los Berrocales urban development project. The new plot, which spans a buildable surface area of 71,983 square metres, includes 17,448 square metres earmarked for tertiary use.
Following this purchase, Vía Célere now owns 140,986 square metres of buildable land for the development of 1,500 homes. The latest acquisition will be added to the area that the company already owns in other parts of the Spanish capital such as in Los Cerros, also to the southeast of Madrid and where Vía Célere is the largest landowner; Pozuelo de Alarcón, where the company is going to build some 1,000 homes; and Coslada, where it is going to develop another 600 residential units.
