The residential property developer Vía Ágora has launched a project in the build-to-rent market. The company is going to build a development comprising more than 230 homes in Valdebebas in which it will invest around 40 million euros and which is expected to be ready by March next year. The operation has been advised by Colliers.
With a buildable surface area of 16,900 m2, the development will comprise homes with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, as well as distinctive common areas that will include a swimming pool, a splash park, a coworking space, an events room, two paddle tennis courts, an outdoor children’s area and a space designed for bicycles.
