With this transaction, the company chaired by Juan Antonio Gómez-Pintado, has finalised its acquisition of 100% of the site, after acquiring the other half of the plots under auction last March from Sociedad de Gestión de Activos Procedentes de la Reestructuración Bancaria (Sareb).
The land has a buildable area of more than 7,000 m2, on which it plans to build 70 homes.
The company created by the president of Asprima after his exit from Vía Célere, expects to reach a turnover of 180 million euros by 2024. Currently, it already has a portfolio of land for 2,000 new homes in Madrid, in sites such as Vallecas, Valdebebas, APR 08.02 Joaquín Lorenzo; UZP 2.02 Los Cerros; and Sector 1 of Los Pocillos in Villanueva de la Cañada.
