Fuenlabrada City Council has given the green light for the creation of a large logistics space that is going to be located between the Loranca neighbourhood and the neighbouring city of Móstoles, and next to the M-506, M-50 and R-5 motorways.
VGP will develop the project, which will span a surface area of more than 44,000 square metres. It will bring 15 million euros of investment to the city and will create around 180 jobs.
