VGP, the property developer, manager and owner of logistics assets, has completed the construction of a new logistics centre on the VGP Park Lliçà d’Amunt industrial estate in Barcelona. The new platform was commissioned by Picking Farma and will be used for the distribution of pharmaceutical products to laboratories, hospitals and pharmacies.
The building, which has a constructed surface area of 13,639 square metres and a capacity to house up to 70,000 pallets, has been developed by VGP under the turnkey modality. The property is located 25 kilometres from Barcelona, with connections to the AP-7 motorway.
