The developer and logistics operator VGP has acquired a logistics plot of almost 30,000 square metres in the Zaragoza Logistics Platform. With this acquisition, the fund now has a total of 150,000 square metres in PLAZA.
The land has a surface area of 29,891 m2, located very close to other plots owned by the company, which it acquired in 2018 when the development group landed in Zaragoza. So far, this is PLAZA’s largest transaction of the year.
In Spain, the Belgian operator owns six complexes: one in Zaragoza, another in Lliçà d’Amunt (Catalonia), two in Madrid, one in Seville and, finally, another in Valencia.
