The gross revenues obtained from leasing by the Socimi Vbare grew by 17.2% during the first half of the year compared to the same period in 2019, reaching 1.1 million euros.
The average occupancy rate for the firm’s core assets remained stable during the period, at 89.3%, and the annual gross profitability of the assets was approximately 7.5%.
