On Wednesday, the Board of Directors of Vbare Iberian Properties finalised the consolidated and individual annual accounts for 2019, which will now be submitted for approval to the General Shareholders’ Meeting in March.
Last year, the Socimi increased its gross rental revenues to €1.83 million, up by 30% YoY. Moreover, the value of the firm’s portfolio amounted to €73 million last year, up by 46% compared to 2018. The portfolio comprises 345 assets with a gross leasable area of 22,430 square metres.
