The company did the same thing for its centres in China whilst they were closed. In Spain, Value Retail operates with La Roca Village and Las Rozas Village, which will remain closed until 11 April inclusive.
The British group, specialising in high-end outlet projects, has suspended the collection of rentals for April, May and June from the brands that operate in its centres, both in Spain and across the rest of Europe. The company already implemented a similar measure earlier this year, when the coronavirus first hit China and the group was forced to close its two shopping villages in the country, located in Shanghai and Suzhou.
