The US company Starcity has created a joint venture with Barcelona Homes to build new rental homes in the main regional capitals of Spain. Through this alliance, the American company will be entering the European market for the first time.
It will make its debut in Barcelona “as an entry point to Europe, with the aim of expanding across the continent over the next few years,” explained the company, which is the main coliving operator on the west coast of the United States.
