Urbas Sells Logistics Land to an Investment Fund for €25.5 Million

The East and West sectors span a combined surface area of 1,930,000 m2 in a strategic location on the A2 motorway, next to the logistics centre.

Urbas is taking a step forward. The company specialising in sustainable infrastructure is pushing ahead with the management of urban development in the industrial field of SUS AE1 Oeste, which it owns along with the Este de Obras in Madrid. The sale and purchase operation has been closed under the turnkey buildable land format.

The East and West sectors span a combined surface area of 1,930,000 square metres in a strategic location on the A2 motorway, next to the logistics centre. It is the only plot of developable industrial logistics land with planning permission in all of Meco.
