Urbas has acquired 90% of the share capital of the company Fortia Healthcare, a company specialising in nursing homes, whereby positioning itself in this market.
Fortia Healthcare owns more than 45 centres for the elderly -including day centres, sheltered housing, hospital services, home care, remote care and digital health services – and holds stakes in dozens of investment projects in the sector, with a potential portfolio of 5,000 beds, according to Urbas.
