The company Urbania International, which specialises in student accommodation, received the license to complete the building work on its new residence in Madrid in May. The doors to the property will open in September, under the BCOME brand, to coincide with the start of the new academic year.
The BCOME Paseo de la Habana student residence is located in the Madrilenian district of Chamartín. The building spans 5,500 square metres and has 249 individual rooms in total, all equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning and WIFI connection. It also has garden areas, a swimming pool, 50 parking spaces and a roof terrace with views over the capital’s skyline.
