Urbania has bought a plot of land, located less than 20 kilometres from Barcelona, from the Catalan Land Institute on which it will build a hall of residence for students.
Specifically, Urbania plans to invest a total of 45 million euros to develop the property, which will be located in the Parque del Alba sector of Cerdanyola del Vallès.
