The Real Estate Credit Union (UCI), an entity specialising in residential financing, has signed an agreement with the Municipal Housing and Land Company of Madrid (EMVS), which reports into the capital’s City Council, to promote and support the refurbishment of buildings in the capital.
The collaboration between the two entities aims to improve energy efficiency and enhance the sustainability of homes in the capital. To this end, they will jointly facilitate access to financing to carry out relevant renovation work.
