A new logistics operation is looming on Spain’s real estate horizon. The Socimi Trajano Iberia, one of the most important on the former MAB, with a market capitalisation of more than 100 million euros, is negotiating with one of UBS’s real estate funds regarding the sale of its logistics portfolio, which comprises several properties and spans a GLA of more than 70,000 m2, according to sources speaking exclusively to Brainsre.news.
Trajano owns four logistics warehouses, which it acquired on 1 December 2016. The assets are located on the Campus Plaza 3.84 industrial estate in Zaragoza, the city’s main logistics centre. The Socimi paid almost 43 million euros for the properties.
