The joint venture formed by Kefren Capital Real Estate and Tristan Capital Partners has completed the acquisition of a new logistics warehouse located on the Malpica Industrial Estate (Zaragoza). It spans an area of 65,000 m2 and is located on a 100,000 m2 plot. Malpica is one of the most consolidated logistics hubs in Zaragoza, with direct access to the A-2 motorway.
Until now, the asset had been owned by the local company Estudio Técnico de Inversiones – ESTESA, which has been advised in the regulated sale process by Savills Aguirre Newman for real estate and technical purposes, Garrigues (legal) and EUROTEC (engineering). On the buyside, Uría Menéndez acted as legal advisor and CBRE as technical advisor.
