The American property developer Trammell Crow Company has made its debut in Spain with the acquisition of three plots of land in Barcelona and Guadalajara.
The company’s first acquisition includes a 13,787 m2 plot in Granollers, Barcelona, on which a warehouse spanning 8,594 m2 is going to be built. The building work is scheduled to begin this summer, with delivery estimated for the second quarter of 2023. The operation has been advised by Andersen Legal and CBRE.
