Trammell Crow Company (TCC) is making progress in the logistics sector. The global developer and investor specialising in retail has acquired a 21,360 square metre plot of land in Granollers, a town near Barcelona, in a deal advised by MAF Inmuebles. This will be its fourth Grade A logistics development in Spain and its second in the Catalan municipality.
TCC is going to develop a building on the site divided into two modules with a total constructed area of 14,114 square metres, known as CORE Granollers II. The asset will be within walking distance of the company’s first acquisition in Spain. And in terms of its connections? The new location is well connected through the AP-7 and C-17 highways and with the port and airport of Barcelona just 37 and 40 minutes away by road, respectively.
