The socimi Trajano Iberia is divesting assets, finalising the sale of its warehouse in Plataforma Logística de Zaragoza (Plaza) for 58 million euros, as it reported to BME Growth. However, the transaction is subject to the agreement between the parties regarding the sale and purchase agreement.
After the sale, the socimi will still control a portfolio comprising a shopping centre -Nosso Shopping in Vila Real (Portugal); Alcalá Magna, another centre in Alcalá de Henares; and a mixed-use building with a high street shop and offices in the best shopping area of Bilbao.
The socimi, controlled by the owners of Persan and Cosentino, declined to disclose the buyer’s name, though market watchers say that it was negotiating with a fund managed by UBS. “It is expected that, once the above conditions have been met, the sale and purchase will be signed no later than April 30, 2021,” the company told BME.
