The creditors of Trabis, a construction company founded by Trinitario Casanova and currently immersed in bankruptcy proceedings, have asked the court to classify the case as an intentional bankruptcy, and for the Murcian businessman to assume responsibility for damages, given that he sold Trabis just months before it filed for bankruptcy, according to Vozpopuli.
The creditors of Trabis maintain that the main cause behind the fall of the construction company is that it distributed €10 million in dividends shortly before declaring itself insolvent. Last July, Trabis suspended payments with a liability of almost €20 million.
