The developer Top Gestión Madrid, together with the marketing company Higuerón Resort and the construction company Alza Obras y Servicios, will invest around 600 million euros over the next few years to build 1,200 luxury homes in Fuengirola, on the Costa del Sol (Málaga).
The development, called Lomas del Higuerón, has had an “accelerated pace of sales in the first two weeks of marketing,” according to Higuerón Resort, which indicated that “the marketing of 300 homes will begin in less than a month.”
Lomas del Higuerón’s first two phases, Lomas 3 and Lomas 4, will consist of 66 homes located fifteen minutes from the cities of Malaga and Marbella.
Lomas del Higuerón will include flats and villas. Each phase will have communal garden areas, an outdoor swimming pool, gymnasium and solarium, and more.
