TM Invests €86 Million in High-Rise Apartment Block in Benidorm

The developer is continuing its development of a large amount of land it purchased in the Poniente sector, with a project for two towers and 280 homes.


The developer has launched a residential project that will involve creating a new high-rise in the Alicante town of Benidorm. The development has meant an investment of 86 million euros for the company and will have two towers with a total of 280 homes.

The first tower will have 122 homes and be 24 storeys high, while the second tower will have 158 homes and be 30 storeys high. The homes will have a starting price of 343,000 euros, with 25% of the buyers expected to come from abroad, mainly from countries such as Scandinavia, Russia and Ukraine.
