The property developer TM Grupo Inmobiliario closed last year with a profit after tax of 19.7 million euros, down by 22% year-on-year, according to the group’s accounts for last year, which have been filed with the Mercantile Registry.
Similarly, the property developer, which specialises in residential tourism on the Costa Blanca and the Costa del Sol, saw its turnover decrease by 8%, from 190 million euros in 2018 to 175.4 million euros in 2019, according to Valencia Plaza.
