In March last year, Titan Reit took ownership of a building with a gross leasable area of 21,500 m2 in which Laurent Films wanted to develop a shopping centre, although it never ended up happening. The firm had been planning to open the centre in December 2019.
The company has obtained money from the British fund Tyrus Capital and it has used it to purchase the property, in an operation advised by Colliers International.
