Tikehau Capital and CDL Acquire Half of the Share Capital of the Socimi Ireit Global

Tikehau Capital will pay €25 million in cash and will increase its stake from 16.64% to 29.20%.

Tikehau Capital, the investment fund manager, and City Developments Limited (CDL), a Singapore-listed company, have increased their stakes in the European real estate investment firm Ireit Global. Together, they now own 50.07% of the firm’s share capital.

Specifically, Tikehau Capital will pay €25 million in cash, whereby increasing its stake in Ireit Global from 16.64% to 29.20%. For its part, CDL is increasing its control from 12.52% to 20.87%.
