The socimi Colonial has sold the Parc Cugat office building in Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona) to Tikehau Capital.
The sale of the asset has been agreed to at 27.2 million euros. The building, leased to different tenants, has 12,000 m² of office space, an auditorium with a capacity for 200 people and more than 400 parking spaces for cars and motorbikes.
The Tikehau Capital transaction WAS COMPLETED through its vehicle IREIT Global. Cuatrecasas, Hill International and Hogan Lovells advised the buyer, while Roca Junyent and Cushman & Wakefield advised the seller.
