Threestones Capital is continuing to purchase assets. In its latest venture, the firm has acquired a nursing home called “Villa Betania”, located in Arenys de Mar, a municipality near Barcelona, for its investment vehicle TSC Fund – Eurocare IV. In total, it has spent 4.2 million euros to buy the property, which will be leased and operated by Grupo Lantus, a fast-growing operator based in Spain.
The property itself comprises two buildings with leasable areas of 2,422 square metres and 1,667 square metres, respectively, and with a total capacity of 78 private beds. The asset is known for its central location in the municipality and its sea views, which make it a quiet retreat for its residents, according to an official statement from the Luxembourg-based company.
