The fund Threestones Capital Management has acquired the ‘El Fontán de Colloto’ nursing home in Oviedo. The nursing home, which until now belonged to the ‘El Fontán’ Foundation, has a total of 129 places and is located at number 36 Calle Luis Suárez.
With the completion of this operation, which has been carried out through the Luxembourg-based fund TSD Fund Eurocare Real Estate, the company now owns seven nursing homes in Spain, according to Planta Doce.
