Three out of ten Spaniards have moved or plan to move home as a result of the Covid 19 crisis, and 18% are thinking about changing their town/city of residence, if they have not already done so, according to a study by Housers.
On the other hand, of those Spaniards who were considering buying a home at the beginning of 2020, 14% have postponed that decision due to the coronavirus crisis and 28% are waiting to see how events unfold before making a decision, compared to 6% who have accelerated the process due to the outbreak of the pandemic.
