The portfolio was acquired off market for 38.7 million euros. It comprises two leased assets, one in Pinto and the other in Torrejón, and three new developments. The two leased buildings were built in 2019 and are occupied in their entirety by Gefco (in Pinto) and Endutexon (in Torrejón), with ten-year leases.
